Most women polled interact with their favorite brands online, primarily through that brands website and social media. Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest were the most popular channels women use to discover and interact with their favorite brand’s products and services.

The primary reason women follow their brands through digital media? To stay current on their favorite brand’s products and services and get up-to-date specials.
