Advertising for Social Media: Sonic’s New Instagram Campaign

This month, Sonic, one of America’s top drive-in fast-food restaurant chains, releases its new creamery shakes inspired by Instagram for Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival April 16 in Indio, California.

This creative event campaign around building social media engagement is quickly becoming a new best practice in the digital marketing space, creating original and engaging content that viewers want to share.

Companies are finding creative, unique and individual ways to connect online with their audience while staying true to their brand and unique voice. This social engagement approach finds Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers, Millennials, Gen-Yers,  and alike developing a stronger affinity for their favorite companies and their brands.
